Arbitration board
Arbitration Board (AB) is the judicial body of ESN Finland. It can arbitrate between two sides to solve disputes and disagreements. Additionally, it reviews the legality of decisions and provides legal advice and interpretation of ESN Finland’s official documents. The AB also processes Code of Conduct violations.
The AB has a mandate of two years, lasting from 1st of January until the end of the following calendar year (31st of December). The current AB is in office from 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2024.

NEvCO
The National Events Committee (NEvCo) is responsible for organising national events of ESN Finland, such as Pirates of the Baltic Sea (PoBS), and can be consulted by the sections and National Board (NB) of ESN Finland to organise or assist in organising other events.
NEvCo is an implementing and advisory body of ESN Finland and is subject to all rules and regulations that govern the operations of ESN Finland.
ComFi
ComFi is the creative communications team of ESN Finland, working closely with the National Communications Manager, together creating various types of campaigns and content as well as offering support for the national organisation and its local sections.
From managing social media and content creation to maintaining and developing the organisation’s visual identity, ComFi offers a diverse range of creative opportunities for those passionate about marketing and communications.
Currently in a phase of growth after its recent revival, ComFi actively recruits new volunteers each academic year offering unique opportunities in the field.
