Hello dear sections,
We are now looking for the section(s) to organize the next National Platform in Spring 2016. The next OC will be voted on in the next NP Skype on the 20th of December (call will follow), and therefore we would like to have a candidate/candidates with short presentation with the preliminary budget and participation fee as well as the suggested places for accommodation and plenaries.
What do you need to have:
- Place for at least 2 ESNers/section + NB (so minimum of 40 people)
- Place for plenaries (has to be available for the whole weekend)
- Accommodation for the participants (it can also be a mattress accommodation: bunk or ho(s)tel beds are not a necessity)
- Meals during the weekend for the participants
- Social programme, provided by the OC
You will get the Aikamatkat sponsorship to fund the organization of the NP and of course the NB will helping you when needed!
- As partially mentioned earlier, please remember that the NB would like to encourage some other than hotel accommodation this time, in order to bring some variety to the NPs and show also to the new section members that a high class accommodation is not a necessity.
NP Spring has to be organised during a weekend which falls between the timeframe of 5.2.-3.4.2016 but the preferred dates are either 4.-6.3. or 11.-13.3.2016. The date will be settled by the NB and the new OC after selection. The deadline to send applications is latest on Wednesday 09.12.2015 by 23:59 so that all the sections have time to read the applications and decide on them.
